Come along and dance the night away as the Limavady Big Band play some stomping numbers as well as American Classics.

Organ Freeman – Irish jazz organ trio

Organ Freeman specialises in the music of the bebop and hard bop idioms of the early 1950s and 60s. Playing standards by composers such as Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins, Wayne Shorter, and many more in the classic organ trio format.

19:00 - 19:50 Intermediate Swing Dance Class. Admission €10 per person.

19:50 - 20:40 Beginner Solo Jazz Class. Admission €10 per person.

20:40 - 21:30 Beginner Swing Dance Class. Admission €10 per person.

21:30 - 22:00 Swing Social Dance & Jazz Jam. Free Entry.

Jazz jam session every Monday, hosted by Paul Dunlea. This is the original Jazz Improv in the city and features as part of the  Cork jazz festival every Oct. All players welcome.

Grab a pizza and a pint and enjoy some live jazz provided by some of Dublin's finest musicians. Expect tunes by the likes of Herbie Hancock, Weather Report and Sun Ra.

Bruce Forman Trio is a Power Packed Experience of Emotions and Excitements based on a large repertoire of Original Jazz Music and Revisited Jazz Standards from the most Famous Composers as well as each musician Unique composition.

Live Jazz Jam Session in the heart of Cork City every Thursday from 9pm. Hosted by a house band of some of Cork’s finest jazzers & humans. All are welcome to participate for a tune or two. If that’s not your bag then simply take in the atmosphere with some food & refreshments served until late.

Our co-founder Scott Flanigan features his piano trio playing through a selection of exciting, enthralling and fascinating jazz standards. Scott Flanigan is one of the foremost keyboard players on the Irish jazz scene. He performs regularly across the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Germany, and has recently performed with Van Morrison, the Ulster Orchestra, Larry Coryell, Jean Toussaint, Jim Mullen and Linley Hamilton. As a leader, Scott successfully tours his own contemporary piano trio, as well as a hard-swinging organ quartet.

Celebrate the Joy of springtime this Valentines with Sharon Clancy and her trio for a night of beautiful romantic Jazz classics and original new songs, at Frank’s Place on Friday 14th of February at 9pm.
