Moving On Music's Brilliant Corners Jazz Festival presents...
The multi award winning Ulster Youth Jazz Orchestra was formed in 1993 after a series of workshops held at the Crescent Arts Centre by Ken Jordan. The 2018-19 Ulster Youth Jazz Orchestra is made up of some of the best young musicians in Northern Ireland and this present ensemble is one of the best incarnations of the band. This afternoon concert will present mostly new repertoire from Duke Ellington to Stevie Wonder, as it kicks off a week of incredible music in Brilliant Corners 2019.

The Black Box is housed in a Grade II listed building on Hill Street in the Historical Cathedral Quarter of Belfast, originally constructed c. 1850 and converted into its current usage as an arts venue in 2006.
