Kevin Lawlor presents a program of contemporary jazz at this Annual Jazz event that has become a feature of the WAC and CWSM calendar.
The quartet led by the Wexford drummer, educator and composer will perform music by Wayne Shorter, Joshua Redman, Robert Glasper and Kamasi Washington among others.
Scott Flanigan from Belfast and Andrew Csibi from Dublin are well knows names of the Irish Jazz Scene in both education and Performance. Leon Buckley is an up and coming talent from Dublin who will front this exiting quartet.
Kevin Lawlor is the Director of Jazz Studies at County Wexford School of Music where he directs 2 Jazz ensembles. Both ensembles will perform at this event to highlight Jazz Education in Wexford
