Event Description
A successor to the celebrated CEO Experiment, the band co-led by Leopoldo Osio that brought a refreshing new voice to the Irish music scene nearly a decade ago and collaborated with influential American guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkel at the peak of their work, pianist and composer Leopoldo Osio has gathered an impressive ensemble of musicians from around the world – Argentinian saxophonist Gianni Gagliardi, Brazilian drummer Andre Antunes, his long-time collaborator Peter Erdei from Hungary on bass, and the exceptionally talented Cork-based trombonist Paul Dunlea for this special occasion.
After their successful album launch at the Bray Jazz Festival in 2024 and another tour in Ireland in February, this presents a unique opportunity to watch them perform live at the Kildare Jazz Festival.
Next Experiment showcases a vibrant blend of infectious Latin American rhythms, jazz influences, and cool grooves.
“One of the most naturally gifted musicians to relocate to Ireland in recent years”
