5th of April you will be able to experience 2 new bands from the Irish improvised music Scene: Parallel Society /// Brains!

Parallel Society is an exciting quintet led by guitarist and composer Jan Henrik Rau (GER). The music is a refreshing new sound that combines elements of a variety of styles such as hip-hop, classical, grunge, free and modern jazz with improvisation. The quintet interweaves electronic and acoustic soundscapes and there is a clear element of storytelling in their music.

Brains! is a Guitar Trio consisting of three strong minds, aiming to push new boundaries, and explore places where no guitar trio has ever been so far. The Trio consist of Parallel Society's Jan Henrik, Oh Alan's Otso Kasperi Mielonen and Ireland's very own wunderkind Brendan Doherty.
