The Dublin Jazz Co-Op’s last gig for 2022.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Carol-Ann emigrated to Germany at an early age and finished her vocal training studies in Munich and Switzerland. Before emigrating to Germany, Carol-Ann also lived in London for a time where she became a pupil under the internationally renowned singing teacher, Tona De Brett, whose pupils included Annie Lennox and Paul Young among many others celebrities and known as one of the foremost authorities on the voice.
Her training has been invaluable to Carol-Ann who also became a vocal coach later on and has been singing with bands, in shows and in musicals since her early teens. Before returning to Ireland, she lived in Spain for a while where she performed in may venues across the Country from Malaga to Madrid, Barcelona and Gibraltar.
She has international experience performing as a Jazz Singer with well-known musicians in shows throughout most European countries. Since returning to Ireland in 2010 she has performed in various venues, clubs, festivals and has actively organised live music and performing arts shows.
On Sunday the 18th of December she will accompanied by pianist Cormac Kenny, singing versions of some of the most well- known and loved Jazz songs, adding a quality and edge all her own.
