Born in London to an Italian-Portuguese family, Dan’s career has taken him to stages across the world, where he’s performed alongside jazz greats like Dave Liebman, John Patitucci, Mike Stern, and Brazilian legends Hermeto Pascoal and Roberto Menescal. His albums, including Suite Três Rios, Skyness, and the award-winning Beams, have topped international jazz charts and earned him critical acclaim, including gold medals at the Global Music Awards.

Gustavo de Morais, a Brazilian guitarist now based in Ireland, brings his rich heritage and passion for improvisation to every performance. Known for his fluid guitar work and infectious energy, Gustavo has built a strong reputation both in Ireland and across Europe, with performances in Poland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the UK, and his native Brazil.

Venue Information - The Moat Theatre

The Moat Theatre includes a 200 seater auditorium and stage with retractable seating and a fly tower, two rehearsal rooms, male and female dressing rooms and a foyer/coffee shop and bar area.The flexibility of design of the spaces inside allows for multiple use of the various spaces in the building. The Moat Theatre development secured generous funding from the Department of Arts, Sports and Tourism and Naas Town Council.
