Margot Daly will be taking over for Stella Bass this week in the long-running weekly residency in the elegant surroundings of top Dublin café bar, Café en Seine.
Margot Daly is regarded as one of the top session vocalists in the country. She has performed as backing vocalist on many hit shows including most recently both series of “The Voice”, and albums for some of the biggest names in the recording industry including Universal Pictures movie (On the Edge) and Sky Pictures (Best) BBC Scotland.
Each Sunday, the quartet plays swing and light jazz favourites from the Great American Songbook from 2-4pm in the relaxed environment of this stylish and cosmopolitan city centre venue – from Ella Fitzgerald to Louis Armstrong to Frank Sinatra…even Amy Winehouse and U2 have been given a jazz twist by this talented and entertaining quartet!
