Rodrigo Almonte Quartet:
Rodrigo Almonte is a Peruvian guitarist and composer based in Dublin. He has played extensively on the Peruvian jazz scene and he is steadily entering into the Irish jazz scene with his own quartet and as a sideman. His lyrical melodies, fresh chords and intricate rhythms are equally present and well-balanced on his solos and compositions. With his South American, contemporary jazz and M- BASE influences, Almonte creates a unique way of understanding and listening to music.
