Welcome to In the Groove, a brand-new YouTube series from Jazz Ireland, where we bring you closer to the artists shaping the vibrant Irish jazz scene.
A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to sit down with Michael Buckley in his studio in Walkinstown ahead of his upcoming album release “EBB and FLOW”. We would like to thank Michael for taking time out of his busy schedule to speak with us.
During the interview, Michael talked about his studio, the new album, his composition process, previous projects, the Irish jazz scene, and his future plans.
The new album is currently available to order on pre-order through Livia Records: https://liviarecords.com/product/ebb-and-flow-michael-buckley-cd/
